150th "Wrap Up"
We invite you to join our raffle for a chance to win a beautiful 75" x 52" handmade quilt commemorating the Baltimore County Police Department's 150th Anniversary. This beautiful quilt, handmade and donated by retired member Donna Willett, is a collage of anniversary events held over the past year, stitched with great pride and love for her Police Family.
Your participation is not only a chance to win a beautiful quilt -- your donation will also directly benefit updates to the Police Museum located at Police Headquarters. 100% of all ticket sales go directly to the Police Museum Fund 🎟️
Ticket sales will end on Saturday, May 10, 2025 following the "Every Hour Every Day 5K" Race. The lucky winner will be announced on Sunday, May 11, 2025.

44th Annual Awards Dinner & Program - Tuesday, April 29, 2025
The Foundation is pleased to announce that the 44th Annual Awards Dinner & Program is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Valley Mansion by Martins in Cockeysville.
This year the Foundation will be recognizing 29 members of the Baltimore County Police Department for their contributions in the areas of Community Service, Crime Prevention, Distinguished Contribution to the Profession, Exceptional Individual and Group Performance, Rookie of the Year and Valor.

Individual ticket sales are available at $100 per person. This includes a cocktail reception, plated dinner, and a registration gift. Tickets can be purchased here.
Welcome to the Baltimore County Police Foundation
The Baltimore County Police Foundation was formed in 1979 as a private, business-sponsored, non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of police service in the County, and strengthening the relationship between police and the business community.
The Foundation recognizes the vital contribution the Police Department makes to the well-being and quality of life enjoyed by individuals and businesses in the County. We believe a strong business/police partnership provides the impetus for the Police Department to achieve and maintain excellence.

Our Beliefs and Mission
The Baltimore County Police Foundation recognizes, supports, and encourages professionalism at every level of the department. Our focus is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department by providing the following:
- Guidance in management, during the exchange between businesses and the department.
- Resources, both in-kind and financial, for equipment, training, and required technology.
- Recognition of members of the department, by promoting and rewarding outstanding performance in the department and the community.
Our Work
The Baltimore County Police Foundation recognizes, supports, and encourages professionalism at every level of the Department. Our focus is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Police Department and to provide them with the tools they need for continued success.
Through the contributions of our Member Organizations, as well as the support of the business community and our citizen contributors, the Foundation continues to fulfill its mission to provide Guidance, Resources and Recognition to the members of the Baltimore County Police Department.
Since 2006, the Foundation has provided over $512,000 in grants for training and equipment.
